Shipping policy

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER 

An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase. 

Orders will be processed between Monday-Friday. 

To avoid possible damage during shipping, your order may be sent in multiple packages, depending on the size and quantity of items ordered.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS 

BoutiqueGYM ships orders all across Canada and to some international locations, upon request.

We ship majority of orders by Canada Post Services unless shipped by a courier. 

Delivery instructions may be provided. If you choose to have your order left and you are not at home this is at your risk. 

TRACKING ORDERS 

All orders delivered within Canada automatically have tracking.  If your order has not arrived, please contact our customer service department for assistance with tracking at info@boutiquegym.ca.

International shipping will be dependant on client’s request.

DELIVERY TIMES 

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days – We endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Occasionally some items may not be in stock or sold out and dispatch times will be extended. If the item is not in back order with our suppliers, it will normally be shipped to customer within 10-12 days. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is GENERALLY 5-10 days. 

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item). We may also require you to return the item to our office.
