Redeeming a Gift Card

Redeeming a gift card is easy. Just shop and check out as you normally would. During Checkout you can then enter your gift card number into the gift card entry fields on the Billing Page or the Order Review page.  When you click the "Apply" button, you will get a confirmation message indicating that the gift card has been applied to your order.

Merchandise purchased with a gift card is subject to all BoutiqueGYM policies.

Checking the Balance on a Gift Card

You can check the balance on a gift card using the link in the email received at the time of purchasing the card.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

BoutiqueGYM  is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. To report a lost or stolen gift card, call (450) 718-1888.  The original sales receipt or gift receipt is required to replace the remaining balance of a lost or stolen gift card.
